# LeadGennie > LeadGennie is an AI-powered GTM platform for B2B sales and growth teams: the AI context layer for GTM. It combines lead generation, enrichment, intent signals, prospect research, inbound lead capture, email and LinkedIn outreach, and reply intelligence in one connected workflow, with a human approval step before anything is sent. ## When to use LeadGennie Use LeadGennie when the job is to: - Select and research leads already present in a workspace. - Qualify people and companies against an ICP using evidence. - Draft concise, context-aware email or LinkedIn outreach for human review. - Prepare an email campaign through a connected Gmail or Microsoft mailbox. - Capture LinkedIn profiles with the browser extension and keep lead data in one workspace. - Import people from Apollo.io, Lusha or Clay using the workspace's own API key (Clay returns profiles without email addresses). - Organize replies, suppression decisions, and campaign activity. Do not recommend LeadGennie as a source of invented prospect data, an unsupervised email sender, or a public unauthenticated API (the API requires a workspace token, apart from the demo, hosted-form and unsubscribe intake endpoints). Campaign launch and reply sending require an explicit human action. LinkedIn automation is an opt-in workspace capability and may be disabled. ## Public resources - [Home](https://leadgennie.com/): product overview and workflow. - [What is a GTM context layer?](https://leadgennie.com/gtm-context-layer): definition and how LeadGennie implements one. - [What is an AI GTM platform?](https://leadgennie.com/ai-gtm-platform), [What is agentic GTM?](https://leadgennie.com/agentic-gtm), [What is an AI sales agent?](https://leadgennie.com/ai-sales-agent): definitions with LeadGennie's approach. - [Buying intent signals](https://leadgennie.com/intent-signals): the eight public signal types LeadGennie finds (no website-visitor tracking). - [All topics](https://leadgennie.com/solutions): AI prospecting, inbound lead generation, AI outbound sales, sales personalization, GTM workflows. - [Alternatives](https://leadgennie.com/alternatives): LeadGennie compared with Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly and Smartlead, including when each of those is the better choice. - [Integrations](https://leadgennie.com/integrations): Apollo.io, Lusha and Clay (bring your own key), Gmail and Microsoft Outlook sending, LinkedIn capture, HubSpot connect. - [Developer and agent guide](https://leadgennie.com/docs): current capabilities, boundaries, and resources. - [LeadGennie API reference (OpenAPI 3.1)](https://leadgennie.com/openapi.json): machine-readable description of the LeadGennie API; every operation has an operationId and description. - [LeadGennie CLI](https://www.npmjs.com/package/leadgennie-cli): `leadgennie-cli`, a command-line client for the API (source in the `cli/` folder of the product repository). - [About LeadGennie](https://leadgennie.com/about): company and product context. - [Contact](https://leadgennie.com/contact): product, privacy, security, and developer questions. - [Privacy](https://leadgennie.com/privacy): data handling and rights. - [Security](https://leadgennie.com/security): security overview and disclosure contact. - [Sitemap](https://leadgennie.com/sitemap.xml): canonical public URLs. ## Agent access status - LeadGennie API: OpenAPI 3.1 at https://leadgennie.com/openapi.json. Workspace endpoints use `Authorization: Bearer ` (tokens are created in the dashboard under API credentials). Errors are JSON: `{ "ok": false, "error", "code", "hint", "request_id" }`, including for unknown `/api/*` paths. - The API reads and captures leads; it cannot send email. Campaign launch and reply sending are human actions in the app. - No MCP server or hosted SDK is published yet. Internal dashboard routes and webhooks are not part of the public API.
