See how it works

01Find prospects

Describe your buyer. Skip the fifteen filters.

Tell Gennie who you sell to in a sentence. It turns that into filters you can edit, searches the data provider you connect and merges everything into one record per lead.

  • Plain-language search. “SaaS companies in India, 50–500 employees, hiring sales leaders” becomes filters you can change before anything runs.
  • Your sources, one record. Apollo.io, Lusha, Clay, CSV imports and LinkedIn captures, with duplicates and Do Not Contact entries caught on the way in.

LeadGennie doesn’t sell its own contact database. It searches the account you connect.

How AI prospecting works

02Qualify

Don’t treat a thousand leads the same.

Every researched lead gets an ICP fit score against the criteria you define and an intent score from public buying signals. Each line of the score says why.

  • ICP fit, out of 100. Industry, size, location, job title, keywords and exclusions you define. Leads that clear the threshold are marked Qualified.
  • Unknown isn’t a miss. A criterion with no evidence yet lowers confidence, not the score, so a thinly researched lead isn’t written off.
  • Intent from real signals. Funding, hiring, expansion, launches, leadership and technology changes, each with its source.
About buying intent signals

03Understand why now

A good lead isn’t enough. You need a reason to talk today.

Research reads the company’s public pages, news and job posts, then writes the brief a good SDR would: why this company, why this person, why now and the angle to lead with.

  • Every claim has a source. Each fact links to the page it came from. Claims that can’t be checked are dropped, not guessed.
  • Hypotheses are labelled. The likely problem is marked as a hypothesis, and the brief lists what to avoid saying.

Signals are found when research runs on a lead. There’s no continuous monitoring yet.

What the context layer holds

04Personalize

Personalization shouldn’t mean {First Name}.

Drafts are written from the verified research: the signal, what it usually means for a team like theirs and one relevant way you help. Every draft is checked before you see it.

  • Email, LinkedIn and follow-ups. First emails, connection notes, LinkedIn messages and every follow-up step, each from the same brief.
  • Checked before it reaches you. A second pass reviews each draft for unsupported claims and spam tells, and rewrites it when it fails.
  • Your templates. Design branded email templates, or import your own HTML, with a working unsubscribe link in every email.

05Email + LinkedIn

Your prospect doesn’t think in channels.

Build one sequence across email and LinkedIn, with wait days between steps. It runs only after you approve the campaign, and it stops for a lead the moment they reply.

  • Sends from your mailbox. Email goes out from your connected Gmail or Microsoft account, at a daily pace you set.
  • Guardrails on every send. Unsubscribes, Do Not Contact, bounces and complaints are checked right before each email goes out.

LinkedIn steps are drafted for you to review and send yourself.

About AI outbound sales

06Handle replies

Outreach shouldn’t end when someone replies.

Replies land in one inbox, matched to the lead and campaign. Each is sorted by what the person actually said, gets a recommended next step and, where it makes sense, a drafted response.

  • Sorted by intent. Interested, meeting request, question, objection, not interested, referral, out of office and unsubscribe.
  • A draft, never a send. Reply drafts use the conversation and the lead’s research. Nothing goes out until you click Send.
  • Opt-outs respected. An unsubscribe stops the sequence and adds the contact to Do Not Contact. Legal or complaint language goes to a person.
What the sales agent does

07Inbound leads

Give inbound leads the same research as outbound.

Hosted forms bring submissions into the same workspace. Once you approve a submission it becomes a lead with full history, ready for the same research, scoring and follow-up.

  • Review before it’s a lead. Each submission proposes a new lead or an update to an existing one, so nothing changes your data until someone approves it.
  • One context layer. Someone who filled in a form last month won’t get a cold email that ignores it today.
